Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. However, emergency cases always receive top priority, so occasionally, your appointment may be delayed. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A "drop off" means that you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you, usually in the morning, and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Once your pet's exam or procedure is complete, the doctor will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and give you discharge instructions.

 Patient Safety and Arrival Policies

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations are current. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy around new people, new surroundings and other pets. Therefore, for your protection and that of others, we ask you to restrain your pet: all dogs must be on leash and properly controlled while in our hospital. In addition, all cats must be brought in a cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.
